Julie Openshaw is a qualified solicitor practising in administrative and public law, planning and environment.
She joined Transport for the North as Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer in July 2019.
Prior to that, Julie spent more than five years as District Solicitor and Monitoring Officer at Wycombe District Council and has extensive experience working in legal roles at councils across the UK.
